Coaching as a Leader

During my coaching sessions with Jeng, I realized that coaching does not always have to be about results. While I believe it’s important, I think it’s also important to learn and listen to what one has to share apart from work deliverables. Personally this style of coaching worked for me in terms of productivity and motivation. I applied this with my team and I see the difference from how I used to coach. They became more open and more engaged.
